802.11ac Arguments
The following arguments control the VHT (Very High Throughput) capabilities advertised by the rogue access point when 802.11ac is in use (for example with --preset-profile wifi5 or --require-vht). Each --disable-* flag removes the corresponding capability flag from the generated vht_capab line so that it is no longer advertised.
disable-htc-vht
The --disable-htc-vht argument stops the [HTC-VHT] (VHT variant HT Control) capability from being advertised. Use this flag when the wireless driver does not support HTC-VHT and hostapd-wpe fails to initialise the interface with an error such as:
Driver does not support configured VHT capability [VHT_CAP_HTC_VHT]
disable-short80
The --disable-short80 argument stops the [SHORT-GI-80] (Short Guard Interval for 80 MHz) capability from being advertised.
disable-short160
The --disable-short160 argument stops the [SHORT-GI-160] (Short Guard Interval for 160 MHz) capability from being advertised.
